About these terms
These Terms of Service govern the provision of digital infrastructure services by The Digital Ally, operated by Tammy Johns (sole trader, United Kingdom). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
The Digital Ally provides digital operations and infrastructure governance services as described on our Services page. The exact scope of work for each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the point of engagement. Standard terms are:
- Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance
- One-off project fees are invoiced on completion unless otherwise agreed
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, system access, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not share or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit written consent.
Client responsibilities
To enable us to deliver effectively, clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to systems, credentials, and information required
- Respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure they have appropriate authorisation to provide us with system access
Limitation of liability
The Digital Ally’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages. We always work carefully and document our actions, but no system is entirely risk-free.
Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. One-off projects are subject to the terms agreed at the point of engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
